Sending this from Spain, recharging the batteries - I hope this week finds you safe and well. Today, I'm also sharing the latest Stuff Mixtape, which is a great accompaniment to the list.

Monday Motivation. Let this week be the one where you power up your coaching with 100 GROW Coaching Questions, a simple list of prompts that will help you get the best out of yourself and others.  I pulled this list together in response to my article on GROW coaching from a few weeks ago. 

Email. 71 ways to open your next email. I have to confess that most of my emails start the same way, so maybe its time to shake things up a bit and try some new openings.  The key thing is to match the greeting to the email you are sending. 

Productivity. Why having a soundtrack for work can improve your productivity.  One suggestion is my Flow Stuff playlist, which contains hours of music that will help you focus. 

Happiness. Is doing absolutely nothing the key to real happiness? I love the idea of the one-day sabbatical, I’m going to tell myself thats what I am doing when I have a day where I do zilch! Bonus Stuff: 22 small things that people say make them drastically happier

Ritual. Six ways to switch off after work. I really like these ideas that will help round out your day. Simple practical advice that will prepare you for some quality rest.

Joy.  How to trigger joy on demand. What are your joy triggers?  Knowing what makes you joyful can reap huge benefits.

Light. This is a new one to me, but it makes a lot of sense. Dusking is the practice of observing day turn into night as a respite of our hyper-productive days.  As I read this, I remembered that some of my favourite times are watching sunset, and feeling the day slow down. 

Sleep.  Can’t sleep reads. A lovely collection of short stories that will help you relax, ready for sleep. 

Narcissism. What if YOU are the problem?  How to recognise if you are the narcissist.  

Income. Imagine the world as one street ordered by income.  Dollar Street takes photographs of families and their possessions at every income level. It is a stark reminder of the gaps between rich and poor.  

Influence. The Time Magazine guide to the 100 most influential companies in the world in 2024. Some interesting businesses in there, and some real game-changers.  

Finally.  Unzoomed.  A simple, but fun daily game where you identify a city from a satellite image.  You get clued in as you guess.
