Finding time for introspection and reflection is a vital tool for growth, journaling offers a space for self-discovery and expression. Some people enjoy freeform writing, others enjoy the spark of a prompt. I have found journaling an excellent tool to help plan, reflect and decide on direction.
In this blog series, I'm going to share some of the best prompts I've found and used.
☝🏼
The simple three step Stuff guide to Journaling...
1. Find a quiet place and a blank page - paper or electronic.
2. Settle on a prompt to use, fully immerse yourself in the words and allow your thoughts and memories to surface.
3. Capture everything you can, edit and reread as you need.
Remember - there is no right or wrong answer when journaling, use the prompts to unlock your authentic inner voice.
