🎧 Something slightly different, and very useful this week.

[This excellent playlist](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/69jtxBUWzD7wVLJ9nyn5C9?si=424fb94592bd4372&ref=mattrutherford.co.uk) contains music designed to help you sleep. Every track has been thoughtfully selected to guide your nervous system into a state of rest.

I road tested this on my recent trip to San Francisco for work, and even with jetlag this helped me drift off on the plane, and most evenings I was there.

Even if you're wide awake at work now, I'd recommend saving this one for future use.
