### **Recommended Stuff**

My recommendation this week is categorised on Spotify as 'Chill Country' and I guess thats not a bad definition of Syrup Revival by The Last River Bottomed Fig Plucker aka [Derek Allen Lind](https://derekallenlind.com/?ref=mattrutherford.co.uk). 

This is a project born out of a garage based jam band in Wisconsin, and this latest album is a quiet, gentle collection of bluesy-country that drew me in with great lyrics and a superb voice. 

Highly recommended.

## Live Music - Zaho De Sagazan

Lucky enough to get out and see some live music on Friday. 

Zaho De Sagazan had previously featured on the [Stuff Mixtape back in 2024](https://www.mattrutherford.co.uk/25-may-2024/), and was visiting Dublin to the play at the Academy. A great evening of performance, lights and electronica with some blistering tracks. 

Very enjoyable. Highly recommended if you can get to the current UK and Europe tour.
