- Description: Your job title tells you what WAS valued. AI is about to tell you whether it still is.

AI is not coming for ALL the jobs.

It is coming for the easily repeatable ones. The process-heavy ones. The work that looks productive but requires no real judgement.

The uncomfortable question is not whether AI will affect your industry. It is what happens when it reaches **your** desk.

Many people I talk to do not ask that question. Not because they are complacent, but because the external signals are **too loud.**

The job title. The seniority. The salary. The respect. It all says: you have made it. You are safe.

However, **prestige is a lagging indicator**. It tells you what **was** valued. Not what **will** be.

The validation loop is the trap. When the external signals are strong enough, the internal ones go quiet.

Am I growing? Does this work require something genuinely mine? Could this role exist without me being the 'human in the loop'?

Those questions are uncomfortable. They are also the only ones worth asking right now.

**Your title will not protect you. The work underneath it might.**
